佐藤 安信

大学院総合文化研究科「人間の安全保障」プログラムを担当。国際機関で法務専門家として難民保護、平和維持/構築、法整備・司法改革支援に従事。UNHCR法務官(オーストラリア、1991年~92年)。UNTAC人権担当官(カンボジア、1992年~93年)。欧州復興開発銀行(EBRD)弁護士(ロンドン、1995年~97年)。平和構築研究会主催(2002年~現在)。日本弁護士連合会　国際交流委員会　国際司法支援センター、幹事。早稲田大学政治経済学部卒業(政治学士、1982年)。ハーバード大学ロースクール修士(LLM, 1989年)。ロンドン大学大学院博士(PhD in Law, 2000年)。
